Description
Lanky humanoids clad in robes sewn together from patches of smooth skin, the Godskin Apostles are eerie figures haunted by their servitude to the Gloam-Eyed Queen. Once harbingers of death wielding destructive black flame, their true power was diminished after the sealing of the Rune of Death by Maliketh, the Black Blade, leaving them as tragic remnants of their former selves, doomed to wander the realms in search of their lost might.

Black Flame Burst
The Godskin Apostle releases a wave of black flame in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 27 (6d8) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Skin Lash
The Godskin Apostle lashes out with a whip-like appendage made from its robe, making a melee attack against a target within 10 feet. On a hit, the target takes 14 (2d8 + 5) slashing damage.
