Description
The Nibenay Basin is a vast, fertile area in southeastern Cyrodiil, surrounding the lower Niben River. This region is a vital component of the Empire's agricultural heartland, featuring lush landscapes, swamps, and wetlands that support extensive farming and fishing activities. Its warm, humid climate nurtures the growth of crops and sustains numerous small villages and farmsteads, all of which play a role in provisioning the Imperial City.
