Description
The Nibenay Basin is a vast, fertile region situated in the southeastern part of Cyrodiil, encompassing the lower Niben River. This area serves as a vital agricultural heartland for the Empire, boasting lush landscapes, swamps, and wetlands ideal for farming and fishing. With its warm, humid climate, the basin is interspersed with small villages and farmsteads, all playing a critical role in supplying the Imperial City.
