Description
Morthal is a small, remote town shrouded in fog and mystery, surrounded by treacherous swamps and stagnant waters. Its residents are quiet and reclusive, and while the town remains relatively untouched by the wider world's conflicts, strange occurrences and supernatural rumors add to its unsettling reputation. Despite the isolation, Morthal holds strategic importance due to its coastal proximity and ancient Nordic traditions, governed by a Jarl focused on maintaining peace.
