Description
Niben Bay is a large and tranquil body of water, formed by the convergence of the Niben River, and serves as a key geographical feature in the lush, fertile heartlands of Cyrodiil. The surrounding terrain is defined by dense, verdant forests and rolling hills, creating a picturesque and serene landscape that stands in stark contrast to the harsher Colovian Highlands to the west.
