Author's Note: The map is massive and is very laggy when fullscreened. So naturally I only have a city and a village pretty fleshed out.
Other than that it's a blank canvas with ALL the major cities and villages placed in their canonical locations.
All game-playable races and spells have been added by hand.

Description
The Heartlands are the central region of Cyrodiil, embodying the political and cultural crest of the Empire with the Imperial City at its core. This lush area is marked by rolling hills, fertile plains bursting with crops, and expansive forests teeming with wildlife, making it one of the most prosperous and densely populated locations in the Empire. The Red Ring Road encircles the Imperial City, functioning as a vital artery that connects the Heartlands to the other regions of Cyrodiil, enhancing its importance as a major trade and administrative center.
