Description
Kelps Yat, often referred to as Dragon Grove, is a historic village nestled on a tropical rainforest-filled peninsula along the shores of the Eltheric Ocean in southwestern Hammerfell. With origins dating back to the Tiber War, the village has long been a thriving settlement, marked by its bustling harbor and rich cultural tapestry. During the Imperial Simulacrum of the late Third Era, Dragon Grove flourished under the rule of Lady Kaltaki, who led the village through times of prosperity and conflict, notably maintaining a fierce rivalry with nearby Chasetown. Surrounded by lush greenery and dotted with coconut palms, Kelps Yat remains a vital trading post, with merchants bringing exotic goods from distant lands.
