Description
Nestled between the city-states of Taneth and Rihad, Chaseguard has stood the test of time since at least the Tiber War era. This bustling settlement thrived during the Imperial Simulacrum under the rule of Lord Shraj and held a notable rivalry with the nearby village of Cartmont. Chaseguard’s lively social scene is anchored by its famed taverns—the Black Sailor’s, Devil’s Saber, Dirty Mug, Rusty Ship, and Unfortunate Crow’s Nest—each offering tales of high-sea adventures, piracy, and desert exploits. The town’s strategic coastal location made it a crucial port for trade, bringing in goods from across the Abecean Sea and sending out the region’s finest exports.
