Description
Cartmont has thrived since the Tiber War era, around 2E 862, and played a significant role during the Imperial Simulacrum. Under the rule of Lady Vaman-si, the village maintained an active and vibrant community, often embroiled in rivalries with nearby settlements such as Karnver Falls and Chaseguard. Its location made it a critical point of trade and travel in the region, fostering a culture of commerce, diplomacy, and intrigue. Cartmont is bordered by the settlements of Helland to the east, Riverpoint to the north, and Roseguard to the west, making it a hub for merchants and travelers navigating southern Hammerfell’s desert routes and mountainous passes.
