Description

Dawnmere lies east of the Abbey of the Eight, nestled beside a shimmering lake that reflects the dawn’s light in brilliant hues, giving the village its name. The village thrives on fishing, farming, and simple living, with many of its residents devoted to the Eight Divines. Pilgrims traveling to the abbey often pass through Dawnmere, finding rest and hospitality in its quiet inns. Known for its skilled fishers and boatwrights, Dawnmere supplies nearby towns and cities with fresh fish and finely crafted boats. However, villagers whisper of an ancient ruin beneath the lake’s surface, its secrets lost to time, drawing curious adventurers to its peaceful shores.
