Description
Sailen Vulgate, also known as Sailenmora, is a settlement situated in the central region of the southern Telvanni Peninsula in Morrowind. This ancient village is steeped in history, with its most notable feature being an ancient crypt dedicated to a revered former Telvanni magister.
