Description
Rockpoint is a secluded village nestled in the northern reaches of Black Marsh, northeast of Helstrom. Surrounded by thick marshland and towering mangroves, the village thrives on fishing, alchemy, and the harvesting of rare swamp minerals. Its inhabitants, primarily Argonians, are skilled navigators of the marshes and protectors of their Hist tree. Rockpoint is known for its hospitality towards travelers and its bustling market where unique marsh goods are traded.
