Description
Xi-Tsei Village is a tranquil settlement nestled amidst the dense marshes of northwest Black Marsh, near the ancient ruins of the Xi-Tsei xanmeer. Originally a Sul-Xan stronghold, the ruins now serve as a historical site and a source of building materials for the village. The villagers, primarily Argonians, have constructed their homes using the xanmeer's ancient stone blocks and local marsh resources. Known for their craftsmanship in pottery and woven reed goods, the people of Xi-Tsei maintain a peaceful and self-sustaining lifestyle.
