Description

Fort Rayles is located north of Chorrol, nestled within the rugged hills of the Great Forest. Once part of the Empire's network of defensive outposts, the fort has long since fallen into disrepair. Its walls are cracked and overgrown with moss, while its once-formidable stone battlements crumble into the surrounding landscape. The fort's interior consists of dark, damp chambers, broken barracks, and forgotten storage rooms, hinting at its former use by Imperial soldiers. Wildlife has since moved in, with wolves and rats prowling the area, while rumors persist of bandits or adventurers using the fort as a temporary shelter. Though abandoned, Fort Rayles offers strategic value to those who know its location, with its high vantage points providing an excellent view of the surrounding forest and roads leading to Chorrol.
