Description

Set in the misty lake east of Westtry, North Shore Point is a low, wooded island often overlooked on maps and by travelers alike. Thick with reeds and bramble-choked trails, the island rises only slightly above the waterline, its shore pitted with the stumps of long-dead trees and half-submerged stones. In the center lies a ring of standing stones, their faces etched with faded Breton runes, hinting at rituals once performed beneath open sky. Though the island seems peaceful at first glance, it holds an eerie quiet—birds avoid nesting there, and fishermen refuse to cast their lines nearby. Some say the island was once used by hedge mages or witches who fled the Witch Knights of Camlorn, leaving behind spells woven into the soil itself. Others speak of lights under the water, glimpsed just before dawn. Whatever the truth, North Shore Point remains untouched, its secrets drowned in time and lakewater alike.
