Description

Tucked into the misty wilderness of southeastern Skyrim, near the border with Morrowind, Dayspring Canyon is a secluded mountain pass that serves as the gateway to Fort Dawnguard. Surrounded by towering cliffs, pine trees, and the ever-present whisper of mountain winds, the canyon feels untouched by time—hidden away from the rest of the world. The canyon begins unassumingly, with a winding path and scattered wildlife, but as the Dragonborn ventures deeper, ancient stone bridges and narrow ledges hint at something greater beyond. At its end lies Fort Dawnguard, newly reoccupied by the revived vampire-hunting order. Dayspring Canyon is more than just a path—it is a threshold between the ordinary and the forgotten, where isolation breeds vigilance, and the light of dawn breaks slowly over a war waiting in the shadows.
