By the time he was in his early twenties, Quillan had made a name for himself as someone who could get you what you needed—whether it was the latest gossip or knowledge of a noble’s dirty secrets. Quillan eventually moved to Chorrol, where the slower pace of life still offered plenty of opportunities for someone with his skills. He now spends most of his time hanging around taverns, gambling dens, and back alleys, picking up rumors and secrets, which he trades for gold or favors. Though he enjoys stirring up trouble for fun, he’s careful not to cross the wrong people—usually.
