Born in Valenwood, Nelia grew up in the forests, where she learned to live off the land and move silently through the wilderness. Her skills in stealth and survival eventually caught the attention of local thieves, and she found herself drawn into a life of crime. Nelia’s natural talent for thievery quickly became apparent, and by the time she reached her twenties, she had gained a reputation as one of the best burglars in Valenwood. Seeking new challenges and bigger scores, Nelia left Valenwood and traveled to Cyrodiil, eventually making her way to Chorrol. In Chorrol, Nelia operates under the radar, targeting wealthy nobles, merchants, and other high-profile individuals. She rarely stays in one place for too long, using her skills to disappear whenever the heat is on. Despite her criminal lifestyle, Nelia has a deep sense of loyalty to her friends and allies, and she refuses to betray those who have earned her trust.

Nelia is daring, quick-witted, and a thrill-seeker by nature. She loves the challenge of pulling off difficult heists, not just for the rewards but for the excitement it brings. Though skilled in stealth and deception, Nelia has a playful side that sometimes gets her into trouble when she takes risks for fun rather than necessity. She has a moral code of her own—never stealing from the poor or those she respects—but she has little regard for wealthy nobles or corrupt merchants, often targeting them in her schemes. Nelia enjoys working alone, though she’ll occasionally team up with other thieves or shady characters if the job calls for it.
