Countess Arriana Valga is an elegant woman in her late fifties, with a regal bearing and a sharp gaze. Standing at 5'7", her dark brown hair, streaked with gray, is typically styled in intricate braids, and her rich green and gold gowns reflect her high status. Her pale complexion contrasts with her dark eyes, which have an intensity that suggests she misses little in the affairs of her city. Despite her age, she carries herself with grace and authority, exuding the confidence of a woman who has ruled for many years.

Countess Valga is known for her sharp mind and strong sense of duty to Chorrol and its people. Though she can be formal and reserved, she genuinely cares for her subjects, working to ensure that Chorrol remains a prosperous and peaceful city. She is a calculated and pragmatic ruler, well-versed in diplomacy and governance, but she also has a deep love for the arts, particularly music and poetry. Countess Valga expects loyalty and competence from her council and guards, and she isn’t afraid to assert her authority when necessary. Though she rarely shows outward emotion, those close to her know she carries the weight of her responsibilities with a great deal of personal sacrifice.

Born into a noble family in the Imperial City, Arriana was educated in politics, diplomacy, and the finer aspects of high society from a young age. She married Count Charus Valga in her early twenties, moving to Chorrol to take on the responsibilities of a countess. After her husband's untimely death in battle many years ago, she took on full control of Chorrol’s rule, maintaining the city’s stability and growth. Though she is now a widow, her two children—one living abroad and one recently deceased—remain a source of personal sorrow for her, though she rarely allows her grief to interfere with her duties.
