Born in Valenwood, Jarin left his homeland at a young age to seek fortune across Tamriel, using his sharp instincts and nimble fingers to survive in the underworld. After years of honing his skills as a smuggler and fence, he settled in Chorrol, where his network of contacts and knack for staying under the radar made him a trusted figure among thieves and adventurers alike.
