Elowen is a tall and graceful Altmer, standing at 6'2" with the characteristic golden skin of her race. Her long silver hair is often tied into an elegant braid that falls down her back, and her amber eyes have a sharp, intelligent gaze. She wears elegant robes of deep blue and silver, adorned with arcane symbols that shimmer faintly with magical energy. A simple silver circlet rests on her brow, marking her status as a powerful mage. Despite her serene appearance, there’s a palpable air of authority about her, and her presence commands respect.

Elowen is calm, composed, and highly intelligent, with a deep dedication to the study of magic. Though she can come off as distant or aloof to some, she is deeply passionate about advancing magical knowledge and ensuring the Mages Guild maintains its reputation as a beacon of learning. Elowen is meticulous in her work and expects the same level of dedication from the members of her guild. While she values order and structure within the guild, she is also pragmatic and open to unconventional methods if they yield results. Despite her somewhat cold exterior, she cares for her students and guild members, often offering them guidance and mentorship.

Elowen hails from the Summerset Isles, where she was trained in the arcane arts from a young age. Her natural aptitude for magic quickly marked her as a prodigy, and she rose through the ranks of the Altmeri magical institutions before deciding to travel Tamriel to expand her knowledge. After many years of study and exploration, she settled in Chorrol, where she was appointed Archmage of the local Mages Guild branch. Under her leadership, the Chorrol branch has become known for its scholarly research and magical innovations, attracting students from across Cyrodiil. Though Elowen focuses on academia, she is no stranger to combat, having defended the guild from various threats over the years. She has a deep respect for the balance of magic and believes in its potential to improve the world when used responsibly. However, she is also cautious of the misuse of power and keeps a watchful eye on rogue magic users.
