Elora is a tall and robust woman, standing at 5'9" with a build that speaks to a life of hard work. She has long brown hair streaked with gray, often tied in a loose bun to keep it out of the way. Her clothes are simple but well-kept, usually a plain dress with an apron tied around her waist.

Elora grew up in Chorrol, the daughter of the previous owners of The Grey Mare. She inherited the inn after their passing and has been running it for over 20 years. Over the years, she has seen travelers from all corners of Tamriel and knows many of the region’s secrets. Elora has never married, but she considers the inn her true home and the patrons her extended family. She has a close relationship with the city guard, especially Captain Aric Haldane, who often stops by for a meal after his shifts. Elora is also a trusted figure among the townsfolk, often providing advice or a listening ear for those in need.

Elora is known for her warm hospitality, quick wit, and sharp tongue when needed. She has a motherly demeanor toward her regulars, often referring to the younger patrons as “my dear” or “lad,” but she doesn’t tolerate trouble in her tavern. Elora has a deep sense of community, and those who respect her establishment are always welcome, while those who cause trouble are swiftly ejected, often with the help of her well-known glare. She loves hearing stories from travelers and keeps a sharp ear out for any news from beyond Chorrol.
