The Elder Scrolls: Tamriel

Thalric is a broad-shouldered Breton standing at 5'8", with a bit of a paunch earned from years of sampling his own food and drink. His thinning dark brown hair is combed back, and his graying beard is kept neatly trimmed. His brown eyes are always scanning the room, keeping track of his guests and the atmosphere in his inn. Thalric dresses simply, often in a brown tunic and apron, with an ever-present towel slung over his shoulder. Though he looks like a kindly, jovial man, there’s a sharpness in his eyes that reveals his business acumen.

Thalric is a friendly and charismatic innkeeper, known for his warm smile and welcoming demeanor. He prides himself on running a clean, comfortable inn, offering fine food, drink, and a place to rest for weary travelers. While he’s charming and enjoys a good conversation, Thalric is also shrewd when it comes to business and knows how to handle troublesome patrons. He’s skilled at reading people and prefers to keep things peaceful in his establishment, though he’s not afraid to eject anyone who causes trouble.

Born and raised in Chorrol, Thalric took over The Oak and Crosier Inn from his parents and has spent the last thirty years building it into one of the town’s most well-known establishments. Over the years, he’s seen all sorts of people pass through his doors—from merchants and adventurers to nobles and rogues. He knows how to cater to different types of customers, making his inn a place of diverse clientele. Thalric is well-liked in the community and has connections with both the local guard and the merchants of Chorrol. Though content with his life as an innkeeper, he often reflects on the adventurous life he could have led, but he finds solace in the steady rhythm of running his inn.
