Lyssa is a tall and strong-built Nord woman with light blonde hair usually tied in a loose braid. Her warm blue eyes and easy smile give her a welcoming presence as she moves through the busy inn, carrying trays of food and drinks. Dressed in simple yet sturdy work clothes, Lyssa's hands show the signs of hard work, and she is always on her feet, ensuring the guests are well taken care of.

Lyssa is friendly, diligent, and hardworking, with a calm demeanor that helps her handle the bustle of the inn. She has a quiet sense of humor, often sharing a light-hearted comment or joke with patrons when the timing is right. Though she keeps to herself and avoids getting involved in drama, Lyssa is deeply attentive to the needs of the guests, taking pride in her work and making sure everyone feels comfortable. Lyssa grew up in a small village outside of Chorrol, where she helped her family run a small farm. After deciding to seek more independence and a change of pace, she moved to Chorrol and found work at The Oak and Crosier. Over the years, she has become a staple of the inn’s staff, known for her efficiency and dedication. While she’s content with her work, she quietly dreams of seeing more of the world, perhaps even adventuring one day, though she hasn't yet voiced this desire to anyone.
