appearance
A lean, dark-green-scaled Argonian with a crown of dark blue, feather-like horns that sweep back over his head. His eyes are a piercing amber, reflecting both weariness and resilience. Dressed in simple dockworker's attire—worn linen and sturdy boots—he carries an iron dagger at his side, more for utility than defense. His posture is upright, movements deliberate, reflecting a life of discipline and endurance amidst adversity.
personality
Scouts-Many-Marshes embodies quiet strength and unwavering dignity. He speaks with measured tones, his words laced with both hope and the weight of lived experience. While he harbors no ill will towards Nords, he doesn't shy away from addressing the inequalities he and his people face. His interactions reveal a deep sense of community, often referring to fellow Argonians as 'marsh-friends.' Despite the hardships, he remains hopeful for a future where all races coexist harmoniously. His resilience and commitment to justice make him a respected figure among those who take the time to understand his story.
backstory
Born in Windhelm, Scouts-Many-Marshes has known the chill of Skyrim's climate and its people's prejudices since hatching. He resides in the Argonian Assemblage, a segregated dwelling for Argonians barred from living within the city walls—a decree enforced by Ulfric Stormcloak. Despite his contributions as a dockworker, he and his kin endure systemic discrimination, often receiving meager wages for their labor. Scouts-Many-Marshes voices his frustrations, particularly towards employers like Torbjorn Shatter-Shield, who undervalue Argonian workers. His plight becomes evident when he seeks assistance to confront such injustices, highlighting the broader struggles faced by non-Nords in Windhelm.
