Her hands are calloused, a testament to her dedication to her family's farm and produce.

Hillevi is pragmatic and hardworking, embodying the resilience often attributed to Nords. She takes pride in her labor, often remarking on the challenges of farming in Skyrim's harsh climate. Her interactions are marked by a straightforward demeanor, and she is known to be generous, as evidenced by her gesture of sending a mince pie to Torbjorn Shatter-Shield during his time of mourning. backstory
As the matriarch of the Cruel-Sea family, Hillevi manages the day-to-day operations of Hollyfrost Farm, located just outside Windhelm. She sells the farm's produce at a stall in Windhelm's marketplace, offering fresh fruits and vegetables to the city's residents. Hillevi is married to Torsten Cruel-Sea and is the mother of Grimvar Cruel-Sea. The family once included a daughter, Fjotli, who tragically fell victim to the Butcher, a serial killer who plagued Windhelm. Despite this loss, Hillevi remains steadfast in her duties, ensuring the farm continues to provide for both her family and the community.
