Rustleif is hardworking, dedicated, and family-oriented. He takes pride in his craft and is known for his quality workmanship, supplying weapons and armor to the local guards. Despite the challenges of living in a cold and war-torn region, he remains committed to his family and business. Rustleif is also thoughtful and supportive, seeking ways to connect his wife to her heritage and considering her wishes about possibly returning to Hammerfell for the sake of their child's upbringing.
backstory
Rustleif is a skilled blacksmith who trained in Hammerfell during his journeyman years, learning under the tutelage of Redguard smiths. During this time, he married Seren, the daughter of his mentor. The couple later moved to Skyrim and established a blacksmithing business in Dawnstar. Despite the cold climate, they have built a life together, and Seren continues to assist in the forge even while expecting their first child. Rustleif is concerned about preserving Redguard culture for their child and seeks a copy of the book Night Falls on Sentinel to share with his wife.
