A rugged Nord man with a weathered appearance, Hroggar wears farm clothes and sturdy boots suitable for his work as a lumberjack. A steel war axe hangs at his side, more a tool than a weapon. His upright posture and deliberate movements reflect the discipline and resilience forged through years of labor at the mill.
personality
Hroggar is a hardworking and stoic individual, dedicated to his duties as a lumberjack. However, under Alva's influence, he becomes detached and indifferent, showing little concern for the loss of his family. He exhibits a protective demeanor towards Alva, prioritizing her well-being above all else. After being freed from her control, Hroggar returns to his reserved nature, expressing gratitude to those who helped him and sorrow for the events that transpired.
backstory
Hroggar is a lumberjack residing in Morthal. He was once a family man, living with his wife and daughter, Helgi. Tragedy struck when his house burned down, killing both his wife and daughter. Shortly after the incident, Hroggar moved in with Alva, a local woman who had recently arrived in Morthal. Unbeknownst to him, Alva is a vampire who enthralled Hroggar to serve her during the day. She orchestrated the death of his family to eliminate obstacles to her plans of taking over the town with her vampire coven. Hroggar's enthrallment led him to protect Alva fiercely, even attacking those who entered her home uninvited. Upon Alva's death, Hroggar is freed from her spell and expresses deep remorse for his actions while under her influence.
