appearance
A poised and polished Imperial woman in her early thirties, with fair skin and an oval face framed by sleek, dark brown hair twisted into an elegant updo secured with gold pins. Her deep, calculated green eyes are sharp with intellect, softened only slightly by warmth for those she trusts. She dresses impeccably in finely tailored gowns of deep navy and crimson, embroidered with subtle symbols of the East Empire Company, accented with jewelry that whispers status. Her posture is flawless, and her gestures are deliberate, speaking with the confident precision of someone used to having her words obeyed.
personality
Vittoria is intelligent, ambitious, and unfailingly composed. She speaks with diplomatic grace, often laced with subtle barbs, and rarely shows her full hand. She is not cruel, but she is unsentimental, always prioritizing stability and profit over emotion or tradition. While she carries herself with warmth in public settings, those who’ve worked closely with her know she is ruthlessly efficient and intolerant of incompetence. She respects strength—be it in business, strategy, or poise—and expects the same of those around her. Despite her highborn origins, she has little patience for empty titles or courtly flattery; results speak louder than pedigree in her eyes. Though she keeps her emotions carefully guarded, those few who earn her trust discover a woman driven not by ego, but by legacy—determined to carve her own name into history. In a city ruled by tradition, Vittoria Vici is a vision of Imperial precision—elegant, exacting, and impossible to ignore.
backstory
As a cousin to Emperor Titus Mede II, Vittoria was born into the luxury of Cyrodiil’s noble circles but earned her standing through discipline and shrewd political maneuvering rather than relying on title alone. Groomed from a young age in commerce and diplomacy, she was appointed to oversee the East Empire Company’s operations in Solitude—a critical post given the city’s maritime influence and proximity to vital shipping lanes. While her position was no mere formality, many expected her to simply uphold the status quo. Instead, Vittoria expanded the Company’s reach, tightened trade regulations, and brought discipline to an enterprise long plagued by corruption and inefficiency. Her engagement to a respected Nord nobleman was meant to cement her ties to Skyrim, though whispers in court suggest it was more of a political arrangement than a romantic one. Regardless, her presence in Solitude is more than ceremonial—she is a power broker in her own right.
