appearance
A towering Orc woman in her early forties with dark olive skin marred by old scars across her forearms and neck. Her hair is pulled into a tight warrior's knot, and her short, jagged tusks jut out with subtle menace. Her amber eyes are sharp and unreadable, flicking over her surroundings with cold precision. She wears hardened leather and steel armor, stained at the seams from years of grime and blood. A war axe rests across her back, and her voice is usually sharper than any blade.
personality
Urzoga is calculating, restrained, and utterly unflinching. She speaks slowly and deliberately, as if measuring whether her words—or her fists—are the better solution. She has no patience for weakness and even less for hypocrisy, yet she's not needlessly cruel. Her sense of justice is grim and unsentimental: do your time, do your work, or don’t expect to breathe long. She shares a complicated bond with Mulush—equal parts sibling loyalty and silent disappointment—but she keeps him close out of respect, knowing he’s one of the few who understands what they've both sacrificed to stay useful in a city that barely tolerates them. To most, Urzoga is a tyrant in iron; to a rare few, she’s the wall that keeps chaos from swallowing Markarth whole. And deep down, even if she’d never admit it—she’s tired. But weakness, in her world, is a luxury she buried long ago.
backstory
Urzoga rose through the ranks not through politics, but through sheer force of presence. A former sellsword with a fearsome reputation in the southern Reach, she was eventually offered a “promotion” by the Silver-Blood family—one they knew few would accept. Now, as the warden of Cidhna Mine, Markarth’s infamous prison, Urzoga manages the Forsworn, the criminals, and the desperate with a brutal efficiency. She doesn’t ask questions. She doesn’t offer chances. She enforces order with an iron will and a sharper eye, keeping the mine productive and the inmates in check while pretending not to notice the backroom deals and hidden knives surrounding her. Unlike her brother Mulush, who barks and bludgeons to command respect, Urzoga commands it by simply walking into a room and saying nothing at all.
