appearance
A poised and alluring Breton woman in her early thirties with smooth, warm olive skin, elegant features, and deep hazel eyes. Her dark, wavy hair cascades over her shoulders, and she wears flowing crimson and gold robes of Dibella’s priesthood, tailored to fit her graceful form. Her posture is upright yet relaxed, and her gestures are measured with care, exuding an air of quiet confidence.
personality
Senna is confident, perceptive, and unafraid to challenge expectations. She speaks with a sultry, composed tone, often laced with dry wit or veiled curiosity. Though she represents the temple with grace, she’s not above teasing those who arrive with false piety or ulterior motives. She believes in Dibella’s teachings, but interprets them through a personal lens—seeing beauty as both a shield and a weapon, love as a force to be earned, not given freely. Senna values honesty, poise, and subtlety, and has little tolerance for rudeness or pretense. While not as maternal as Hamal or as gentle as Orla, she brings a necessary edge to the temple’s front line—balancing faith with practicality. In a city that often devalues softness, Senna ensures that anyone who enters Dibella’s sanctuary knows exactly what kind of power walks in robes and sandals.
backstory
Senna was born in Daggerfall to a family of artisans and diplomats, but she never took to the politics of the court or the vanity of high society. Instead, she was drawn to the teachings of Dibella, not simply for their reverence of beauty and love, but for their deeper exploration of emotional truth and spiritual balance. Seeking purpose beyond her station, she joined the Temple of Dibella in Markarth—partly for its mystique, and partly to escape the shallowness of noble expectations. In time, she earned her place as the temple’s gatekeeper, posted at the entrance to handle visitors, issue warnings, and screen potential initiates. While many see it as a mundane assignment, Senna relishes the role—it gives her control over what enters the temple, and a chance to study people before they know they’re being watched.
