Description
This sticky black oil flows quickly when poured. One vial can coat a Medium or smaller creature (larger creatures need 1 extra vial per size category). Applying it takes 10 minutes and grants the freedom of movement spell effect for 8 hours. Alternatively, you can pour it on the ground as an action to cover a 10-foot square, creating the effect of the grease spell in that area for 8 hours.
