Description
This magic weapon has 3 charges. As an action, you can expend 1 charge to unleash a wave of terror. Each creature of your choice within 30 feet must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom save or be frightened for 1 minute. Frightened creatures must flee, can’t move within 30 feet of you, can’t take reactions, and can only Dash or try to escape restraints. If they can’t move, they Dodge. Targets can repeat the save at the end of each turn. The mace regains 1d3 charges daily at dawn.
