Description
While wearing this helm, you can use an action to cast detect thoughts (DC 13). While concentrating on the spell, you can use a bonus action to send telepathic messages to the target, which can reply using its own bonus action. While focused on a creature, you can also cast suggestion (DC 13) on it as an action. This suggestion effect can’t be used again until the next dawn.
