Description
Cultists are fanatics driven by twisted faith, secret knowledge, or the whispers of Daedric Princes. Clad in dark robes adorned with runes and bone charms, they move with eerie confidence, often speaking in riddles or guttural tongues, their faces hidden behind hoods or masks to sever ties with their former selves.
