Description
Bonewalkers are grotesque undead revenants, twisted by dark rituals and cursed to serve as guardians of the dead. They inflict crippling curses and spread a debilitating disease known as Brown Rot, leaving their victims helpless before delivering the final blow.

Brown Rot
A creature afflicted with Brown Rot must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a failed save, it takes 10 (3d6) necrotic damage and its hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken. This reduction lasts until the creature finishes a long rest.
