Description

Bookwyrms are serpentine Daedric creatures that guard and collect knowledge, devouring tomes and hunting for lost texts to serve Hermaeus Mora. They are territorial and will attack intruders who approach their guarded tomes or ancient libraries.

Dark Magic Burst

The Bookwyrm unleashes a burst of dark energy in a 30-foot radius, forcing all creatures in the area to make a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or take 4d8 psychic damage and be frightened until the end of their next turn.

Venomous Bite

The Bookwyrm bites a target, dealing 2d8+4 piercing damage and forcing the target to make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or have their memory erased, suffering disadvantage on Intelligence checks for 1 hour.
