Description

Gargoyles are hulking, monstrous figures carved from living stone, shaped into grotesque mockeries of humanoid and bestial forms. They are ambush predators, remaining frozen for hours before bursting forth to attack with overwhelming brute strength and minor magical abilities, often found guarding ancient ruins or necromantic citadels.
