Description
The Hushed are spectral beings, remnants of mortals who sought forbidden knowledge and were consumed by it. They wander the endless libraries of Apocrypha, driven by an insatiable thirst for secrets, and can turn violently hostile if disturbed.

Each creature within 30 feet of the Hushed must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or take 18 (4d8) psychic damage and be frightened until the end of their next turn.
Psychic Drain
The Hushed targets one creature within 60 feet, forcing it to make a DC 16 Intelligence saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 27 (6d8) psychic damage and has disadvantage on Intelligence checks for 1 minute. On a successful save, the target takes half damage and suffers no additional effects.
