Description

Keepers are towering skeletal undead beings bound to the will of the Ideal Masters, tasked with guarding and draining souls within the Soul Cairn. They are relentless enforcers, wielding massive weapons infused with soul-draining energy, and are nearly impossible to destroy permanently in their domain.

Chain Bind

The Keeper targets one creature it can see within 30 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be restrained by chains of soulsteel until the end of its next turn.

Necrotic Aura

The Keeper emanates a 30-foot radius aura of necrotic energy. Creatures of the Keeper's choice within this aura must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or take 2d10 necrotic damage at the start of their turn.

Soul Drain

The Keeper makes a melee attack with its spectral weapon. On a hit, the target takes 3d10 necrotic damage, and the Keeper regains hit points equal to half the damage dealt.
