Description

Omens are dream-stalkers and manipulators, agents of Vaermina who feed on sanity, secrets, and regret. They enter dreams to nudge mortals toward ruin, whispering lies and resurrecting past traumas, while their influence distorts reality in the waking world.

Dream Infiltration

The Omen can enter the dreams of a sleeping creature within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or be subjected to the Omen's influence, experiencing vivid nightmares that impose disadvantage on saving throws against being frightened for the next 24 hours.

Nightmare Whisper

The Omen targets one creature it can see within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or take 36 (8d8) psychic damage and be frightened for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Reality Distortion

As a bonus action, the Omen can warp reality in a 30-foot radius around it. Creatures in that area must succeed on a DC 18 Intelligence saving throw or suffer disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks until the end of their next turn.
