Description

Tonal Dragons are spectral constructs created through the manipulation of sound and vibration, embodying the Dwemer's mastery over tonal architecture. They serve as guardians or interfaces for ancient machines, often found in long-lost Dwemer ruins, resonating with the ambient sound of their surroundings.

Echoing Guardian

The Tonal Dragon can choose to absorb one spell of 5th level or lower that targets it, negating the spell and regaining hit points equal to the spell's level.

Harmonic Disruption

The Tonal Dragon targets one creature it can see within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or take 27 (6d8) psychic damage and have disadvantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn.

Resonant Pulse

The Tonal Dragon emits a wave of sound that disrupts the area around it. All creatures within a 30-foot radius must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or take 36 (8d8) thunder damage and be deafened for 1 minute.
