Wraiths are spectral undead beings cloaked in shadow and malice, known for their cruel intelligence and mastery of necrotic magic. They haunt ancient crypts and cursed ruins, preying on the living with their soul-sapping touch and terrifying presence.

Horrifying Visage

Each creature of the Wraith's choice within 30 feet and aware of it must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. A frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Necrotic Touch

Melee Spell Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 27 (5d10) necrotic damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or have its hit point maximum reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken.
