Description
The East Empire Company Office in Windhelm is located on the city's western docks, nestled between the Clan Shatter-Shield Office and the harbor's edge. This modest, two-room building serves as the regional headquarters for the East Empire Company in Skyrim. Upon your initial visit, the office appears neglected and in disrepair. Cobwebs adorn the corners, shelves stand empty, and a pervasive sense of abandonment fills the air. Orthus Endario, the resident Imperial clerk, occupies the space, striving to maintain operations despite the company's struggles with pirate attacks and local competition.
