Description

Jutting from the upper reaches of the keep, the Volkihar Balcony offers a breathtaking yet desolate view of the Sea of Ghosts. Perched high above the crashing waves, the stone terrace is cracked and weatherworn, its railing partially collapsed from centuries of wind and salt. This isolated perch was once favored by Lord Harkon during his rare moments of reflection, and later by others seeking solitude or clarity. The air is biting cold, the wind constant and howling, carrying the scent of brine and snow. It is a place of silence and stark beauty—perfect for quiet confrontation, introspection, or farewells. With only the distant cry of gulls and the endless grey horizon ahead, the balcony feels timeless, suspended between the world of the living and something far colder.
