Description

Hidden in a shadowed wing of Castle Volkihar, this grim chamber reeks of suffering and old blood. Iron cages line the walls, many bent or broken, their former occupants long dead—or worse. Rusted racks, spiked chairs, and arcane restraint glyphs mark the room as both a prison and a place of experimentation. Chains hang from the ceiling like iron vines, and scorched symbols are etched into the stone floor, remnants of failed soul-binding or Daedric rituals. A dim red glow pulses from sconces enchanted to never extinguish, casting flickering light on dried stains and the occasional claw mark. The silence here is heavy, broken only by the faint clatter of loose manacles or a distant, echoing scream from deeper within. It is a place not meant to be seen, even by the other monsters that call the castle home.
