Description
This crumbling stone tower atop a seaside bluff once housed an Imperial garrison during Uriel Septim V’s campaign into Hammerfell. Now, it's a haunt for vultures and illicit gatherings. Recent signs suggest someone has rekindled the beacon fire—possibly smugglers, necromancers, or worse. The tower’s catacombs are said to reach deeper than their original foundations.
