Description
You shout with vampiric force, cursing a creature you can see within 60 feet. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be afflicted by a withering effect for up to 1 minute, taking necrotic damage and suffering penalties to its Strength and Constitution checks. You regain hit points equal to half the total damage dealt each round, and the target can repeat the saving throw at the end of its turns to end the effect.
