Slow Time Shout

Description

You bend the fabric of time, making the world crawl around you. For the duration, you move and act with supernatural swiftness while everything else lags behind. You gain an additional action on each of your turns (usable only to Attack, Dash, Disengage, Hide, or Use an Object). All other creatures within 30 feet have disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws and can’t take reactions. Ranged attacks made against you are rolled with disadvantage, as your movements blur through time. At level 17, your movement speed is doubled, and you may use the extra action to cast a cantrip as well. You must maintain concentration, and if you cast a concentration spell while this is active, the shout ends. Creatures immune to time effects or magical aging are unaffected by the aura’s slow effects.
