Hurricane Swarm
The Sky Raptor flaps its wings violently, creating a shockwave of wind and debris. Each creature within a 20-foot radius must make a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone and pushed 10 feet away. On a successful save, the creature is not knocked prone but is still pushed 5 feet away. This action can be used once every other round.
